Players see your free times and send requests
Your venue page has your logo, address, directions and a WhatsApp button. A player picks a time and asks; when you confirm, the match sets itself up.
Requests for the same time
When you confirm one, the time is taken; the other requests are declined and those people are told.
Unanswered requests lapse
A request you do not answer lapses on its own 2 hours before the game.

A match code sends the recording to its match
The pitch camera records the game. Enter the match code and send the recording; players get their heatmaps, goals and clips.
Find the match by its six-letter code
The code from the organiser opens the match; if it is not linked to your venue yet, you link it to your pitch.
Set the camera up once
Place the pitch lines on the camera's picture and leave areas like the stands out.

Sign-in, cameras, phone bookings and personal data.
How do we sign in to the panel?
When you write to us, we set up a Saha ID and password for your venue. At the first sign-in you choose your own password and accept the venue terms.
Do we need a camera?
Not for bookings. To send a recording to a match, the pitch needs a fixed camera; players can also upload their own recordings.
What about bookings that come by phone?
You add them to the calendar as phone bookings; they are confirmed at once and the time shows as taken in the app.
Who sees players' details?
Names, teams and phones are visible only to your venue, only for bookings. Phone numbers are erased after 30 days at the latest.
Can our staff use it too?
Each venue has one login. Share the password only with your staff, and change it when someone leaves.
