Privacy notice

For your account, Akıllı Futbol processes your username, your name and your password (only as an irreversible hash), the teams and matches you create, the videos you upload and the positions and match statistics derived from them. We do not ask for an email address. Videos are shown only to that match's participants; there is no face recognition and people are not matched across matches by their appearance. To use your rights under KVKK article 11, write to us.

When you ask a venue for a booking, your name, username, the team you pick and, if you give it, your phone number are shown to that venue only. Your phone number is erased when the request is declined or cancelled, or 30 days after the booking's time. Venues that use the pitch admin panel see the time, pitch, side names and organiser's name of matches played on their pitches; even when the venue uploads a match's video, the footage and the stats are shown only to the match's participants.

If you upload a profile photo, we crop it to a square and store it with all its extra details removed, such as location, camera and the time it was taken. Your photo shows on your avatar and your player card, only to the people who may see your stats (everyone, your team and match mates, or only you); downloading and sharing your player card is up to you. Photos are never used to recognise or match anyone in match videos, and never enter the video processing. You can change or remove your photo at any time; removing it deletes its copies. Admins can take down an unsuitable photo.

If you sign in with Apple, Apple sends us only an identifier tied to your Apple ID; an email address you share is read only to suggest a username and is not stored. If you allow notifications, your phone’s notification address is kept to deliver match invitations and deleted when you sign out. If you report a profile or a team, your report and note are shown to admins. You can delete your account at any time in the app’s settings or the website’s settings: your sign-ins, photo and devices are deleted, and the scores and stats of matches you played stay for the other players with “Deleted player” instead of your name.
